I wanted to share two things I just did for my business because they don't take long and are going to be super helpful later.

First, you can now add some of your social channels to Google Search Console. If you use Instagram, YouTube, X, or TikTok, set these up. Here's a quick video on the full details. And if you haven't already done this for your website, do that first.

Second, take a minute to make yourself what I call a Smile File. When someone sends you a compliment on your work, save it in that file! I have a Smile File email folder, and I save emails there directly, or screenshot the note and email it to myself. (Huge thanks to the folks who sent me lovely notes about my summit presentation! Those went right in the Smile File.) When things are feeling lonely at work, or a project is going through a bumpy patch, go back and read those notes. 😄
