How I get the most useful testimonials ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ“

Hi Reader*,

One thing I do at the end of every web design project (yep, even the scratchy ones) is send a questionnaire to get the most useful information from my clients. I ask questions that help me write my sales pages and improve my processes.

โ€‹Check out the exact questions I ask, built in Paperform (sponsored).โ€‹

This is geared toward web designers, but if you are a service provider, think about adding something like this to your process.

The form also uses dynamic success pages, so the Thank You note they see after submitting depends on their answers. Someone who says they would recommend me gets a happy note with a link to leave a Google review too. Someone who wouldn't gets the opportunity to have a call with me so I can make things better.

And my finished questionnaire is saved as a template you can copy. Just swap out the logo and image, then tweak the form to fit your own process.
